- Handle CD/DVD Production for entire department by collecting new class media discs from designers, tracking changes made to discs using Filemaker Pro and MS Access, and coordinating orders with Rough House Post-Production Studio.
- Web Application Development of CD/DVD Tracking Forms using JSP and Apache Tomcat
- Assist the Online Help Desk with technical support. Staying up to date with current OS platforms and browsers - Mac OS X, Windows XP, Safari, Firefox, IE.
